Summary: Really nice property, at good location and with great view to ocean. Sesimbra center 10 min walking distance and if walking is not your thing, buses pass by really frequently and bus stop is just 50 meters away from front door. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. Only small minus is related to kitchen equipment. More glasses, sharp knives (or sharpener), some basic spices like salt, peper, etc were missing, proper kitchen scissors would be nice and some tinfoil/plastic foil. Otherwise kitchen was nice and everything worked. Host and owner, Eduardo, is really nice and helpful person who answers quite fast if anything came into our minds to ask.
