Our apartment Fockenstein has a size of 55sqm, located on the north side in the 1st or 2nd OG and has a balcony. This apartment has a living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette. The two bedrooms each with attached bathrooms 1x barrier-free shower, Handrail and shower chair with backrest, toilet with folding Haltegiffen on both sides, and grab handles on the sink and 1x with bath / WC. The second bedroom has a single bed and has a pull out. 2 Bed and a small couch, so that there can sleep 2 persons and have an extra comfortable seat.
We are pleased to welcome you in our 12 newly renovated apartments with heart for three generations. Apartments are currently available for BAUMA visitors in April 2019. Enjoy your holidays in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany - the Tegernsee valley. Nestled between lush meadows and the Bavarian foothills of the picturesque Tegernsee lies with its charming villages. Experience familiar atmosphere to feel with modern comforts for families, seniors and people with disabilities, pets are welcome. On the ground floor two barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible apartments on the terrace, which are also suitable for guests with care needs. All other apartments with spacious, mostly barrier-free showers, allergy poor Venylböden, new kitchenettes and flat screens can be reached by elevator. Our coffee-tea bar on the ground floor is always at your disposal and tea is free. We buy the coffee from the coffee roastery Dinzler.We also offer massages, beauty treatments and pedicure, please ask for detailed information. For breakfast we serve you the coffee on the sun terrace or in your apartment.In the evening you can comfortably enjoy a glass of wine in the fireplace room. In our Andreas-Stüberl and in the sunny Cafe-Stüberl we also serve our guests.Whether coffee and cake, a Bavarian snack or hearty from the grill, there are many possibilities, please speak your wishes before booking with us. There is enough space for extended families and groups of up to 30 people, you are welcome.From spring 2018 there will be fasting packages and also fasting offers are planned, for more detailed information please call us.We are happy to help you plan a hiking holiday, family reunion or group outing.
