Summary: Stefanno was very welcoming. Checkin was smooth and easy although his English was bad and our Italian even worse. He gave us a small tour around the apartment and we were free to do as we please. The apartment itself is incredible well positioned with, a local restaurant on the left side (Il pozzo) of the street and closely situated to the local supermarket. You'll also very close to Tortoli & Arbatax (5km), two very nice places to visit. The apartment itself was clean, but lacking some basic accommodations like normal breakfast mugs, egg cups (to eat softboiled eggs), some annoying plugs for your electronic devices but nothing that really detracted from the experience. We had some problems at certain times of day with hot running water in the shower (this might just be a coincidence). The view of the large terrace is amazing and very peaceful so overall this was great place to stay for the price offered. I would return in a heartbeat and I probably will. Thank you. Stefanno
