The Argentario promontory is a green mountain leaning forward to the sea, where the rocks and the mediterranean bushes jealously hide enchanting bays and stunning views on the islands of Giglio,Giannutri,Montecristo and Corse. Porto S.Stefano is a well-known touristic location and a colorful fishermen's village. The apartment is at 10-15 min. walking distance from the town center and from the sea and at 50 mt distance from a small shopping center; it is fully renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with modern appliances.The panoramic terrace, equipped with tables,chairs and deckchairs and an electric barbeque, is perfect for breakfast or "alfresco" dining with the beautiful view of the southern coast of Tuscany and the sea dotted with sailing boats and ships.The apartment has a private parking place that is very valuable during the high touristic season. Foldable deckchairs and a sun umbrella are available to our guests for their use at the beach.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay here, lovely appartment with good facilities and family extras such as beach umbrellas and snorkles. Yes the views are as good as the pictures - Amazing views of Porto San Stefano and across to the main land, watch the enormous Yachts arriving in Port. Access to a lovely local private beach and cocktail bars a plenty within walking distance. A stones throw to the beautifull beach at Ferniglia with its lagoon flamingoes and stunning Tuscan Towns a short drive away. Easy access from Rome Airport and the coast road. Designated parking was a real plus in this lovely old market town !
