Positive: The apartment was ideally located, within comfortable walking distance of major attractions, making exploring the city very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent; she was highly responsive, helpful, and made the key handover seamless.The accommodation offered good value for money, balancing comfort and convenience effectively.Overall cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory for our four-day stay.
Negative: Despite having a water heater, the hot water supply lasted only 5-6 minutes, meaning only one person could take a warm shower each time. The apartment is located on the ground floor with limited natural daylight, making the space feel somewhat dark during the day, which posed challenges, especially when doing makeup. Bed linens were not changed or refreshed throughout our four-day stay, and no extra bedlinens was provided.The blinds on one window were semi-transparent at night, compromising privacy when the indoor lights were turned on. Essential toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper were insufficient for the duration of our stay.
