Das möblierte Ferien-Apartment befindet sich im 1.OG.
1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Etagenbetten von zwei Einzelbetten.
1 Schlafzimmer mit ein Kingsize Bett ( kann auch als zwei Boxspring-Betten verwendet) und ein Einzelbett Zustellbett auch möglich.
1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.
1-3 Baby Reisebetten können wir noch anbieten.
1 großzügiges Bad mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne
1 Gäste WC
1 weiteres offenes Ess- und Aufenthaltszimmer mit Ausgang zur großen Terrasse; im Esszimmer gibt es eine Einbauküche mit Spüle. Sowie mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, und Geschirr und Besteck. Beim weiterem Bedarf bitte vorab uns fragen.
Unsere Gäste können das Ferien-Apartment im 1.OG exklusiv nutzen. Ein kostenfreier Stellplatz direkt vor den Haustür steht auch zur Verfügung. Gegen Aufpreis ist auch ein Garagenplatz möglich.
Ruhezeit
Gäste müssen sich zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 06:00 Uhr leise verhalten.

Kinder jeden Alters sind willkommen.

Parken
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass während der Saison das Angebot an Parkplätzen in unserem Erholungsort eingeschränkt ist. Wir bieten pro Buchung einen Stellplatz vor der Haustür für ein normalen PKW an. Wenn Sie mit einem großen Auto oder mehr als ein Auto zu uns kommen wollen, melden Sie sich bitte im Voraus bei uns. Wir werden dann eine Lösung finden.
Kurtaxe
Bitte beachten Sie, dass in unserem Erholungsort für private / touristische Übernachtungen eine Kurtaxe von 3,00 € pro Person / Nacht an die Gemeinde zu zahlen ist. Die Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis mit eingeschlossen und muss spätestens vor der Anreise bezahlt werden.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Bedroom 1-, you will find a kingsize bed and two single beds
Bedroom 2- there is a kingsize bed which could be tranfers to two Box spring beds and extra one single bed.
Bedroom 3- contains two separate single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.
Linen, towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
You just need several minutes to walk to the beach and train station.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking in the room is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Tourist tax is €3,9 per person per night.
**There is bad mobilephone connection in the house. But you can understand that we have the nature and relaxation area. Im Haus gibt es schlecht Handy-Empfang, da hier gibt es Natur- und Erholungsgebiet.
**Wir bieten Internet TV, entweder mit Amazon Fire TV oder Apple TV. Bitte bei Einchecken mit uns reden. Sie können gerne mit Ihrem Handy verbinden, oder Ihre eigene ID von Amazon, Youtube, Apple, Netflix usw. verbinden. Die Benutzung von Internet TV kann kostenpflichtig sein.
**Parkplatz:
Es gibt 1,5 Park Stellplatz für Sie während Ihre Auftenhalt reserviert.
Auf Wunsch können wir Parkplätze in einer geschlossene Garage anbieten. Die Garage ist direkt in unserem Haus. Pro Nacht beträgt die Gebühr 10€ pro Nacht/PKW. Es ist für normale PKW mit max. Höhe von 1,50m geeignet. Bei größeren Autos bitte vorab anfragen.
