This cozy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large community pool with sun loungers and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.
Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, they will find beach towels in addition to bath towels.

Summary: We were looking for cozy apartments with a seaside location and a nice view, which is why we chose this place. We arrived late in the evening and were a bit surprised to find the sofa and armchair covered with blankets, making the living room feel cramped and messy. Additionally, there was an old window in the bathroom that was difficult to close. My expectations of the interior were high based on the provided pictures, so my initial impression was somewhat disappointing. However, waking up in the morning to the beautiful beach view from the window made us feel much more comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, and we appreciated the care and hospitality of the hosts. They had thoughtfully provided beach gear, bottled water, and other amenities, making the place truly cozy and pleasant to stay in.
