The apartment is spacious (90 m²), has two floors and is located directly on the lake. All windows have a lake view. The terrace offers sun all day long. On the first floor there is the large living room with open kitchen, a large double bedroom and the bathroom. On the second floor there is another large bedroom with two separate beds. All rooms (the living room and the two bedrooms) have "Vista Lago": view of the lake. The lake is right next to the house. The living room and bedroom on the first floor adjoin a large terrace with a fantastic view over the lake. There has also recently been a unique, incredibly beautiful terrace “im Wand”. You can't be any closer to the lake.
