Very bright apartments with balcony or terrace, individually air-conditioned, in a corner building in typical Freiburg old town style. From here, the entire old town is at your feet. Many cultural institutions, such as the theater, the Jazzhaus, the Konzerthaus or the Cinemaxx are in the immediate vicinity. Simply stroll from your apartment directly into the pedestrian zone. Conveniently located, you can reach all tram lines within 200 meters and the main train station within 400 meters. From there, you can take the Black Forest Railway to go on hiking trips in the Black Forest. Public paid parking is only about 450 meters away (optional).
You enter directly into the hallway area with checkroom and closet. From there you enter the spacious and bright living/sleeping area, which has a new, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner hob and dishwasher in the alcove on the left. You can immediately prepare a coffee with the Nespresso machine. Spices are also already available so that you don't have to go shopping in bulk. A light blue leather sofa invites you to relax and you can sit comfortably or work at an old oval burl wood table. Three large windows and the balcony door make the room very bright and airy. Of course there is W-LAN, a radio and SAT-TV at your disposal. In the rear area there is a double bed made of solid oak with separate comforters. The bathroom has a floor-level shower. A hairdryer, towels and soap are provided for you.
