2 Bedroom Apartment in Study Butte-Terlingua, Terlingua

The Cottage has a bedroom, living room, loft, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. It comfortably accommodates 7 people but we can provide a floor mattress for the 8th person for an extra charge if needed. Please message us after booking if you are bringing the 8th person. On the outside, we have a wrap-around deck on two sides and a firepit where you can sit and have one of the best stargazing experiences in the world.
We are located on the main road through the town (Hwy 170). We are 5 minutes from the entrance of the national park and 5 minutes from the ghost town. The gas station, grocery store, tour companies, and restaurants are all within 5 minutes.
The bedroom has a queen bed with a very comfortable mattress. We provide both soft and firm pillows. There is a reading light on top of the bed. A small closet has cloth hangers, a luggage rack, an iron, an ironing board.
The living room has a very comfortable sleeper sofa from West Elm that converts into a queen bed. There is a coffee table with some books, trail maps, etc. Opposite to that, we have two armchairs. There is a smart TV mounted on the wall, with all your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ESPN, etc. There is a small dining table with four chairs around it. The same table can be used as a workspace for remote work. The living room has a large sliding patio door from which you get an unparalleled view of the majestic Chisos mountains in the National Park.

There is a full kitchen with an electric range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, sink, slice toaster, electric kettle, and pour-over coffee maker. We provide pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery.
The washroom has a shower, marble vanity, and a wall-mounted toilet. We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion.
On the outside, we have a hammock and a sofa dining set. There is also a firepit with four benches around it.
We have a huge shared clubhouse. The clubhouse has a professional pool table, huge air hockey table, foosball, arcades with thousands of retro games, darts, board games and more. When you are done with the hiking and exploring, the clubhouse is an excellent way to have some indoor fun. It is especially useful to keep the kids entertained.

Please specify the correct number of people when booking. Up to 7 people are included in the listing cost and will be comfortable in the space. If you want to bring an 8th person, please be aware that you will be very tight. There is a $35 charge for the 8th person per night. We will provide a floor mattress. If we discover you brought extra people (through staff reports or cameras), we will charge $70 per person per night.
Pets are not allowed. If we do find out you brought a pet (which we almost always do when guests try to break the rules), there will be $199 extra cleaning fee and any damage by the pet will also be charged to your card. Also, please review the pictures carefully.
Please use the loft ladder with caution. Never let children climb the ladder or go to the loft without adult supervision. Always use the handrails when climbing or descending the ladder.
By renting this cabin you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mirza Investments LLC, its officers, servants, agents, or employees (hereinafter "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any guests accompanying you while using the ladder, or while in, or upon the premises where the use of the ladder is being conducted, regardless whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise and regardless whether such liability arises in tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise.
