Positive: Perfect quiet place outside of the village, but in 10 minutes drive you are in the crowdy center. Huge garden with spectacular seaview, gated parking spaces with surveillance. The house was renovated in very expensive way, with big rooms and quality materials. Air conditioning in every room. Small beach accessible by short walk.
Negative: Luxurious feeling is slightly outdated and there is visible lack of maintenance everywhere you look. Broken lights, sewage smell in the showers. Completely demolished kids playground, rotten bench and gazebo with holes in roof... No microwave in the kitchen. Wifi is extremely slow and almost unusable. Approx speed about 1, max 2mbits Access road is very steep and can be challenging for some fresh drivers. Especially getting to the main road in sharp angle from tarmac is even dangerous, there should be mirror.
Summary: Definitely better than standard. But be prepared, that it was new some years ago...
