Summary: The front desk service was below average but the woman and younger girl running the breakfast shift were so welcoming and nice. They kept the dining area super clean and food fresh. The room was not what you would expect for the price. The bathroom sink overflowed the entire time and even though I asked the front desk to fix it they never came. The shower was another story: the shower bed didn’t keep the water in and the entire bathroom would flood. We ended up using all of the towels to dry the floor and when we placed the sign to have the room cleaned, yup, they never came. To being our luggage to the room we had to walk endlessly and walk up several flights of stairs or drive around and up a huge hill and hem walk with our luggage and go down two long set of stairs cases. No one ever offered to bring our luggage to our room. No one ever asked us if things were ok. I would NEVER come back to this hotel and do not recommend.
