Positive: Beautiful view from the balcony. Nice location close to the beach and restaurants. Washing machine (but bring your own soap).
Negative: Be prepared to pay in cash when you check in. Credit cards are not accepted. And the extra fees where higher than we thought they would be, as they included a cleaning fee. The shower in one of the bedrooms did not work properly - it was just a stream of water coming down with no pressure. The door lock did not feel secure and looked as though it has been forced open a few times. The safe in the unit was not working and we did ask for it to be fixed, but they never followed up on it. Overall the unit is dated.
