Positive: The location is very good a block from the beach. There is a nice patio with sea views. It's calm and quiet. There is a great, large kitchen table and I liked the decor. There is also a nice bar area with swings on the rooftop.
Negative: We stayed in the suite and there is only AC in the bedroom. My son slept on the sofa bed in the living room and it was very hot for him. It was a little better with the patio door open. We were 5 people but were only provided 2 towels and no bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked we got more towels but only one sheet for the sofa bed (no pillow, no top sheet)! We lost power for almost a full day and there was no running water the morning we left. When the power goes out there is no wifi or cell signal available. When we reported the water outage we were told that they cut off the water to do repairs. It would have been nice to have a heads up. It was extremely hot the afternoon we arrived and there was an empty water jug but no drinking water in the apartment. That would have been a nice touch. We ran out of toilet paper also.
