Positive: Perfect location. Small supermarket in 100 meters. Bus stop very close. Good hot water. Nice big space in sitting room. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed.
Negative: Weak Wifi signal. No wifi in bedrooms, only kitchen and sitting room. There is a washing machine, but no dryer, not even hang dryer. Basement floor, that is why was a bit noisy on evening times.
