Positive: We liked the instant hot water system as you could take long hot showers, and the spa bath. The location is very close to the airport and the Plenilunio shopping mall, which has lots of food options. Secure underground parking. Apartment at back of complex so you don’t get much road noise. Excellent heating too.
Negative: The kitchen equipment is minimal and the frying pans are in poor condition. The dishwasher doesn’t work. No tea towels. No hairdryer. The handle on the washing machine falls off. There are several light fittings falling down in kitchen and living room. Everything needs a good clean. The shower head is broken so sprays everywhere. My bedding had several hairs in it when I first pulled back the covers. The shower leak has caused paint peeling and mould in the hallway. Returning the keys on exit takes ~10 minutes as you have to park your car out the front then walk then back in, so make sure you allow for that when leaving.
Summary: Excellent location but feels old. Needs a deep clean, maintenance and better equipment.
