Positive: Many restaurants, bars, cafes around the apartment. And because the apartment doesn't have windows that opens to the streets, you don't hear a thing! The windows in the apartment opens to an air well and the window in the living room is too high up and you can't see out. It's a spacious apartment. Full kitchen, so you can cook some simple meals. When we first arrive, we found the washing machine not working. We called and the repair man came and managed to get it working again.
Negative: You need to have internet access to get into the apartment. Once you get the hang of it, you do get in and out of the main door to the building quite easily. Once you hear the clicky thing, immediately push open the door. If you don't push in time, you can't open the door and you have to go thru the whole thing again. There is a $200Euros upfront deposit - be warned. So do take care of the apartment.
