Positive: Apartment is in nice and quiet location, the view over the jungles is amazing, pool area is super nice. Overall the apartment is well equipped, stylish and new. Bed is comfy.
Negative: Administrator has sent us a wrong location link to a completely different apartment which was 15 minutes drive from ours, and it took us more than an hour to find out what is going on and as we didn't have a wifi to get in touch with them, it was stressful and not even a word of excuse has been heard. We decided just to go by ourselves to an address that was indicated in booking.com and thankfully it was the right one. What was that link with a different address? I have no idea. This apartment (the right one) calls Paramar Viva and this name is not indicated anywhere, it's confusing. Would be nice to make a check in process less confusing. Apartment's bathroom wasn't very clean and the sink was clogged with hair. We stayed as a family of 3 but had just 2 towels and 2 forks:) not a big deal, but would be nice to have enough of utensils. The rest was fine though and we enjoyed our stay.
