Both living rooms have air conditioning. You can also use a spectacular solarium with outdoor furniture.
The apartment has an excellent location, situated just a step away from bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, such as the San Marcos Castle.
It is worth noting the nearest beach, Playa de la Puntilla, just 2 kilometres from the apartment. Likewise, if you have a vehicle, you can access the beaches of Vistahermosa and Las Redes, less than 15 minutes by car.
