Positive: Nice apartment in a well looked after development. Could do with a little updating but was good value given the great location. The worst thing was the sliding door to the bathroom which really needs some attention. Minor things were the remotes for the TV didn't work (not really a problem, didn't want to watch anyway) and couldn't find remotes for A/C units (again not a problem, wasn't required)
Summary: Good value for money apartment.
