Positive: The friendliness of the host and her parents. They are truly kind and helpful people.

Negative: We don't like to write this kind of reviews but we think future guests should be aware of a few things. This is the very first time in many years of travel that we left a place after just one night ! We had read a number of reviews on the place being quiet but for us it was not a quiet place at all ! Several dogs kept us awake till just before 4 am by their continuous barking. Some of them were barking really loud. The problem is that in this neighbourhood there are a large number of dog owners. We found out during a short evening walk that so many people here have dogs and some of these people seem not to care at all if their dogs are barking at night or not. At first our host was apologetic about this and of course she cannot solve this problem. But when she said this was the first time someone complained about this it was hard to believe. The other thing is that this house was busier than we expected. There is the host living here, as are here parents, and of course there is nothing wrong about this. Then there is 2 apartements rented on Booking.com. The people staying in the apartment above ours were not really quiet in the morning. And finally there is a third apartement rented to people from a technical company. This all seemed a bit too much for us. The hosts are truly friendly people but we would not return to this place.

Summary: Very friendly hosts but very disturbing dogs at night !
