Positive: The apartment was very clean and laid out very well. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dinner ware and the fridge was very large. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen was clean. We only stayed for one evening, but we felt safe and comfortable.
Negative: There was a problem with the combo but the person managing the apartment was very helpful and assisted quickly. The apartment that we were given had a smell of mildew due to old wet towels being stored within. The manager quickly removed the towels and the smell quickly dissipated. There was very little near the apartment as far as entertainment so plan on traveling far for places to eat, drink or socialize.
Summary: Very nice modern place but be prepared to travel to gain access to the Madrid Center...
