Positive: Location. The town was nice and quiet. There was a shared gardens at the back with chairs. 5 mins from Alp where you could go to the supermarket etc. Resources. Many utensils, pots etc in the kitchen. Games and books for children.
Negative: Value for money. It was too expensive for what it was. We have been to nicer places for much less money. It was a mixture of old and new. The shower was quite new but the furniture and kitchen appliances were old. There were lots of accessories (cooking equipment, books and games for the children) which was good but it added a lot of clutter in the living space. Cleanliness. There was an additional charge of 50 euros for cleaning with this apartment. There were clean towels and bedsheets but after 2 days, we swept the apartment and found that it hadn't been cleaned properly in many places. Helpfulness. On the second day, the internet stopped working and we also couldn't get the extractor fan to work. We mentioned this to the woman do dealt with the stay (an outside company, not the owners) and said that they were looking into it. We didn't have internet for the rest of the stay. One day I sat outside Das town hall and connected to their free WiFi so that I could look up a route that we wanted to do and the weather.
Summary: A little bit expensive for what it was.
