Positive: The property is well designed, to an extent. I'll discuss this further in the next session. The bed was comfy and, for me, the location was perfect. I was visiting family and this was just around the corner. Plenty of storage and absolutely fine for 1 person.
Negative: I had issues. The most major one being bright orange water coming out of the kitchen tap. The company did offer to come and look at this - but I was also told it was due to hydraulic work on the building and this happens frequently. One of the radiators had nowhere to plug it in; the bedside lamp didn't work. There was excessive noise, not just the of the street but loud drilling and all sorts. Luckily, I was out most of my stay but this was definitely less than ideal. The space would be VERY tight for 4 people and overall I don't think it was worth the money. The check in system through the app was confusing, annoying and didn't work properly. It's over complicated and for no reason. The amount of emails and messages I had prior to check in was also over the top. I had a comfortable enough stay, but it's unlikely I would return.
