Positive: It's a very cozy house and has a really convenient location - all the shops are close, the PKP too. The house is warm, you could adjust the temperature in each room, which is an incredibly convenient feature. Upon arrival, I just picked up the keys and checked in myself, so I didn't have to wait someone.
Negative: I booked the house for 9 people, but one set of linen was not enough. For two days we reported the absence of bed linen on the phone number left by the owners, but when we checked out we were told that they could not provide a set of linen because they were in the laundry. The girl who came to check the room at check-out apologized for this and ordered a taxi. Thank you very much that the situation was resolved (and compensated :) ) so it’s not an issue anymore. The thing that bothered me a lot: the neighbours. Please talk to them, because they are very rude to the guests. A neighbour on the same floor as us started fighting with me in a very rude way when she saw me. The problem was, that she said that I (or the people who live with me) do not close the door and asked why the gate is always open. I told her that I always walk around with a key and if someone comes from my friend group, I let them in, and the gate is not my responsibility because I don't even have a car. She said she hated booking and didn't like anyone coming here.
