Positive: A new apartment is in a building that is still under construction. It is very close to the lake and many walking trails. It is peaceful and quiet. It was well equipped. The host was communicative and accommodating.
Negative: It would be helpful to provide a clearer description of the apartment location, especially mentioning that it is on the 4th floor. We had to check several floors before we found it, as the apartment numbers don't align with the floor numbers. They appear to be assigned somewhat randomly. Additionally, to turn the keys, you need to push the door, which isn't immediately obvious. We had to call the owner because we couldn't get in. It would be great if this detail could be communicated in the pre-check-in email or message to avoid confusion. There were no window screens, and since the apartment is so close to the lake, opening the windows could result in a lot of mosquitoes inside. There was also no Wi-Fi, which could be due to the apartment being in a newly constructed building, and perhaps the Wi-Fi will be set up later. The polyester bedsheets were not very comfortable, and given the quality of the accommodation, more suitable bedding would be appreciated. Finally, parking was very limited inside the complex. There are only 5 or 6 parking spots for a large apartment complex. I believe the residents will have assigned spots in the underground garage, but even for visitors, 5-6 outdoor spots are insufficient.
