Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The host was very attentive, they replied fast and were always very helpful. We were facing some issues with our code to enter and they fixed it very promptly. Overall they were always ready to help. Regarding the place itself, the location couldn't be better! You are right infront of a metro station and many buses also basically stop right in front of the apartments. It's a nice area with young people, I think students, and it always feels safe. There are also many cafes and even a churreria nearby so you can have a great breakfast before heading out to explore the city. The apartment was very comfortable with everythinf we needed. I would definetely stay here again.
Negative: The coffee machine didn't work properly so it was always a mess to get a coffee there. They also didn't provide us with enough shampoo or soap, there were bottles in the shower but they were empty :(! However, I think they would have fixed this if I had mentioned it because they were always happy to help so I don't think it was a big issue, just worth mentioning
