Kick back and relax in the open-concept living room, dining area and adjoining balcony while enjoying panoramic views of the ocean and beach. A cozy master bedroom suite can also be found on the first floor, in addition to two guest bedrooms located on the second floor via a spiral staircase. Features include Wireless Internet access, 4 TVs (in living room and all bedrooms), washer/dryer, and central A/C. Start your morning with a cup of coffee as the sun rises, then head out to experience the beach, pool (in-season), and Ocean City's many attractions. Non-smoking. For a romantic dinner, try The Hobbit on 80th St., where you can watch the sun set over the bay through floor-to-ceiling windows (and the food is awesome!) If you've got a rainy day or need a break from the sun, challenge the family to a game of bowling at Ocean Lanes on 72nd St., or some arcade games and a round of mini-golf at Old Pro Golf's indoor facility on 68th St. All of this, and just a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk in downtown OC. Need to Know/Restrictions: - $35/week Non-Refundable Building Registration Fee is due upon arrival at the Antigua building. - Group rentals are not permitted to guests under age 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. - Only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in date during the season. Short stays available in the off-season (3-night min). - No pets, parties or smoking permitted in this home. - Check-in is 4:00-6:00 PM. Check-out is 9:00 AM. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions, including steps for late arrival. - Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing Linen Service (please let us know at least 7 days prior). Linen Service not available for last-minute bookings. Linens are not installed on the beds. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and paper products are NOT provided.
