The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, for a total of 3 twin beds. Enjoy a nice evening by the fireplace on cooler nights. Take a dip in the full access pool, try your hand at tennis on one of the two courts or check out the cabana facility. Docks on the intra coastal are within a short walk, and can be easily reserved.

Summary: This was our first time staying outside of the South Seas Resort on Captiva Island. We found the Captiva Sunset neighborhood to be perfect in every way. Walk to everything, restaurants, library, Island Shop for groceries, bike rentals, Chapel By The Sea and more. The neighborhood is very quiet, and yet at night you can hear the soft sounds of music from the restaurants nearby. The community pool l is one of the nicest I have ever seen with more than adequate chairs and a large swimming area. Located on a lovely stretch of beach with lots of shelling and beautiful sunsets. When we arrived at the house there were a few maintenance items that needed taking care of. Property Manager, April Shook, was reachable and immediately took care of everything. She went above and beyond with all of my requests. House is roomy with two and a half baths. This property could use just a little TLC but that is reflected in the great rental rate. Enjoy.
