This light and airy open-concept floor plan is equipped with a large flat screen TV, wireless internet. Dine on your own private dock, relax poolside or take dip in the heated pool (year round 80+ degrees minimum!) or sink your feet into the sand around the outdoor gas fire pit. You will be pleased to cook in the spacious, chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops while your family will have the luxury of choosing whether to dine inside or out! Each of the bedrooms is equipped with luxury linens for your sleeping enjoyment - there is a King bed in the large master with en-suite bath, Queen in the second bedroom and ultra comfortable day bed with two full-sized twin mattresses in the third bedroom. Enjoy great fishing from the dock, take out the tandem kayak for an up-close wildlife tour or just watch the manatees in one of the Island's only natural spring-fed canals. If you fancy a dip in the ocean, take one of our deluxe beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon on a 2 minute stroll to Holmes Beach and when you return, rinse off in the hot and cold outdoor shower. Other amenities not mentioned include a gas grill, outdoor bar with sink, washer/dryer, A/C, ceiling fans, dishwasher and cable TV and netflix.
