Property has horseshoe shaped level driveway located on a cul de sac. Very rarely needs 4wd to reach cabin; property manager handles snowplowing of driveway when necessary. Additional charges to clear porches. 2 small porch steps to main floor; 2 covered front porches, 1 uncovered back porch with patio table. Ceiling fans in all rooms with WiFi/DirectTV. Master bedroom with new king and en suite bathroom on 1st floor, Guest bedroom with new King across from 2nd bathroom on first floor. Bunk room upstairs sleeps 4. Guest bedroom upstairs with queen. 3rd bathroom on 2nd floor (tub only, no shower). Loft living space upstairs with TV and DVD. Brand new black stainless appliances in kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in laundry room. Gas fireplace stove. Dining table seats six with extra table and seating for a crowd. New TV in family room and in master with DVD. Large sectional with recliners in large open family room with vaulted beam ceilings. Outfitted with games, books, puzzles,new linens and new dishes. Very close to lower Sage hiking trail which has views of Wheeler Peak. Families only please, completely non-smoking cabin and property.
