Welcome to Angel Falls, a beautifully remodeled, pet-friendly riverside retreat nestled above the Rio Ruidoso in the Upper Canyon. This charming property is just a short drive from Ruidoso's Midtown, the racetrack, area lakes, and more. Enjoy stunning mountain views, tall pines, and two levels of decks overlooking the river. Parking & Access: Gravel parking area level with the road, easy access. Walkway with 17 steps to the front door.
Main Floor: Entry foyer, eat-in kitchen, open dining and living room with sliding glass doors to the back deck. Primary ensuite left of the foyer.
Game Room: Downstairs with ping pong table, big screen TV, snack station, leather sleeper sofa, books, and games.
Lower Deck: Seating area above the canyon and river, walkway to private hot tub, stone steps to riverside deck with dining table and seating for four.
Primary Ensuite (Main Floor): King bed, wood-burning fireplace, walk-in closet, private bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual sink vanity, sliding glass doors to the deck.
Guest Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen bed, closet, windows with west views.
Guest Bedrooms (Downstairs): Two bedrooms each with queen beds, river views, and closets. Shared full bath with shower/tub combo and dual sink vanity.
