ANDRAGO charming Mediterranean-style villa with modern touches for twelve persons, is located on the coastal area of Moraira, Costa Blanca, only 950m from the town centre and the sandy beach of La Ampolla and about 750 m from the pretty Andragó cove, a small cove surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation. The cove offers calm, crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkelling, kayaking and windsurfing. The rocks and cliffs surrounding the beach add a picturesque touch to the area.
Savour the delicious local cuisine in the many restaurants and bars of the area. Try paella, fresh seafood and local wines. Go hiking, visit the local markets, take part in festivals and cultural events, and visit the nearby villages.
The property is composed of two independent houses, offering more privacy. The main house consists on the ground floor of a living-dining room, with access to the main terrace and a backyard with barbecue and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your holiday, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and private access to the terrace, and a second bathroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with access to the terrace, one with a double bed and the others with two single beds each, and a bathroom with shower. The second house, for four people, consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is a second bathroom with shower.
The property has air conditioning in the living/dining room and the four bedrooms on the upper floor.
The house is surrounded by pine trees, and its private swimming pool with sun loungers and partial sea views makes it an exclusive and luxurious retreat, offering guests a space to enjoy life in the open air and in harmony with the surrounding nature.
