Large 3-bedroom 3 bath home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Chicago. The Albert house is perfect for families, vacations, holidays, weddings, and reunions. You will love the loft like space with lots of areas to play games, enjoy a home cooked meal, or order in from some local restaurants. The Albert house has two large decks overlooking a native garden. The decks are perfect for outdoor dining, cocktails, or just reading a book. There is also a 4x20 cement grilling area ready for a grill-master.
If you are a nature lover, you will love the backyard garden with native grasses and plants. that attract tons of pollinators and birds. Although the yard is not designed as a play-space for children, feel free to relax and count the butterflies.

Summary: I highly recommend this property. The first floor is open and spacious with 1 bathroom/laundry. The kitchen has all of the amenities for cooking and dining in. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms+showers. Everything is fresh and well maintained. Decor is modern and tastefully done. Backyard deck and enclosed yard with trees & gardens. While street parking is limited, we were always able to park within view of the house. The host (Mat) was helpful and responsive. Our visit to Andersonville was a delight.
