The sun and surf of North Topsail Beach awaits you at this 1-bed, 1-bath quiet beachfront condo. Perfect for those who are looking to spend their vacation relaxing on the beach or at the pool, soaking up the sun, walking along the beach shore with ocean waves rushing over your feet, enjoying the sand while building sandcastles with the family, or just boogie boarding in the beautiful island surf.
***Please note that we are on the 3rd floor (47 steps) and there is NO elevator.***
The complex features grilling stations, a basketball court, playground, covered pavilion with picnic tables, horseshoe pit, bocce ball pit, cornhole boards as well as other activities.
It comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children (queen size bed in the bedroom, full size futon in the living room and two children's bunk beds in the hallway).
It features A/C, Roku, WiFi, TV is the living room and bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for families and friends alike!
Pool is open during summer!

No parties allowed. We are in a quiet community and cater to guests who like to come to the beach to relax and get away from loud cities. Should a party occur, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
No smoking of any kind allowed in the condo or on the balcony. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the building. Guests who break this rule will be charged an extra cleaning fee in the amount of $150.
There is an outdoor motion activated peep hole security camera on the front door. It is not to be disabled. Any tampering with it will result in an immediate cancellation with no refund. Please be aware that while it is an outdoor camera, because of its position, when the door is open it will point inside the unit in the hallway and part of the living room. Please keep this in mind to ensure your privacy while inside the condo.

North Topsail is a hidden gem on the coast of North Carolina. If you are looking for a quiet getaway then you have found the perfect place. Topsail Dunes is a fairly quiet condominium with very friendly residences and guests. When compared to Surf City and South Topsail there is hardly ever any traffic on the north side.
Parking lot is available with parking pass. If you arrive in more than one vehicle please let us know so we can provide an additional parking pass. No more than two vehicles per reservation. Unauthorized vehicles get towed by the HOA.
One restaurant is within walking distance. Two more restaurants are less than 5 mins away. Grocery store, shopping and many restaurants to choose from are 10-15 mins away in Sneads Ferry and Surf City.
Condo is in a secluded location surrounded by mostly residential houses which offers a relaxing getaway. Beaches aren’t overly crowded even during summer months (except 4th of July weekend).
Beach offers lots of sea shells, some sea glass and shark teeth (if you’re lucky).
Topsail Island is a turtle sanctuary. Please do not disturb turtle nests and do not shine lights at the beach at night for prolonged periods of time. Visit The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue in Surf City to learn more about these amazing creatures. Please call them ahead of time to make an appointment.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out time is at 10am
- Load dishwasher and start it before departing please
- Feel free to leave unopened food behind (our cleaners appreciate finding goodies for their families and we hate to see food go to waste)
- Dumpster is in the parking lot towards the street but you do not have to take trash out upon departure as long as it fits in the bins provided (please don’t leave trash bags full sitting on the floor - they often leak)
A military base is nearby and you are likely going to hear artillery noise and hear and see military grade helicopters flying over the ocean.
