This is a split-level home with a unique layout and furnishings to match. The one of a kind decor, artwork and unique design style give the home a chic, but modern, beach retreat feeling, sure to remind you...you are at the beach! The spacious pool and patio area face the serene wooded preserve behind the home and the 1.3-mile walking trail which runs along the back of the Seacrest Beach community. When entering the main level of the home, there is a foyer with bench seating and storage for your beach gear, shopping bags, and shoes. From here, you will enter the living area, kitchen and dining area. The living area has a flat-screen TV, comfy seating, pops of color and relaxing decor so you can kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate ice maker. The unique backsplash and modern design make this kitchen extra special. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining area has seating for 6-7 people. The white-washed shiplap accent wall in the dining area adds a splash of drama. Stroll out onto the screened-in porch for outdoor dining and a cozy lounge area with a TV and ceiling fan. The porch overlooks the pool and wooded space behind the home, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Also on the main level are a hallway half-bathroom and the King Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom is secluded from the main living space at the very front of the home. Features include a King bed, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, unique furniture, shiplap accent wall and a rustic sliding barn door that enters into the bathroom. The private Master Bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower with white subway tile and pebble flooring. Head downstairs to the lower level of the home, which is the perfect hangout spot for the whole family. The private, fenced-in courtyard has a large private pool, gas grill and open patio area backing up to the nature walking trail. There is also a covered patio area with a porch swing, flat-screen TV, ceiling fans and lounge if you need a break from the gorgeous Florida sunshine. There is a Queen Guest Bedroom with a flat-screen TV that has private access to the pool area. Also with private access to the pool area is a super convenient Pool Lounge Room with built-in daybed style seating, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and counter space for refreshments. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower and is shared by the Guest Bedroom, Pool Lounge, and pool/patio area. The bathroom also has a private access from the pool and patio area. The laundry room is also on this level. The private pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. The upper level of the home has a King Guest Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful striped tile walk-in shower. Across the hall is a huge Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunk beds and trundles (6 Twin beds). This is the perfect retreat for the kiddos! Each of the 4 Twin bunks has it's own lamp and plug-in station for the kids' many gadgets and devices. There is also a really cool lounge area in the bunk room with an over-sized bean bag chair, re-arrangeable furniture, and a flat-screen TV. And, the kids won't have to fight for space with 2 separate "his and her" bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination, one with a single vanity and one with double vanity. This home includes 4 adult bikes on all new reservations! There are many great restaurants, shops, and activities all within a short walk or bike ride. Enjoy the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach all without getting in your car. And, a complimentary Beach Tram service runs throughout the community (March-October) to and from the beach, the shops of Seacrest and the largest pool on 30A! We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer a 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations. ***For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, smoking, and pets are NOT allowed on the property. Events and ceremonies, large parties exceeding the occupancy limit of the home, student groups under the age of 25, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
