Positive: The place is nice and clean, with plenty of toilet paper, towels and bedsheets and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was nice and refreshing in the heat, with BBQ facilities around. They had juice and water for us in the fridge when we arrived.

Negative: When booking, it showed two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, so it was perfect for us (my 3 adult children and me) as each would have their place to sleep. On arrival, the host showed us one flat with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living and said as we are only 4, we are given access to only this, she pointed out that this was stated in the place description if we click on full info (it was written vaguely we guess it was translated from Greek). The host stated we have to pay an extra of 30 Euros per night to gain access to the rest of the place (flat downstairs). We tried to reach booking.com but with the delay in the response, we paid so we can get settled in after a long traveling day. We reached the customer service and the guy on the phone agreed that this is unacceptable as there was nowhere on the property post that stated we will have to pay any extras. The following day we received an email from booking advising that they contacted the host and they will not be able to do anything about it except that we can leave a bad review. The host came to us later that day, stating that booking.com contacted her and she wanted to give us back a part of the extra money we paid but will keep 40 Euros for cleaning the place. Other issues we had: - The AC in the upper living rooms was not working properly, only working as a fan, no cold air came out of it, we reported it when we arrived, but it was never fixed, forcing my daughter who was supposed to sleep there, to sleep in the room and share a bed with her sister. - The WiFi never worked in the lower flat, we also reported that and they kept asking us to troubleshoot and report back, which we did several times, but it was never fixed. (I work in IT and know how to troubleshoot, but the extension device they installed never read the signal as it was quite far from upstairs)
