Welcome to Anastasia Lodge!
Tucked away in a peaceful beachside neighborhood just steps from the ocean, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath Florida cottage offers over 1,790 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room to unwind. With a split bedroom layout, you'll enjoy added privacy. Anastasia Lodge features Wi-Fi and cable, with a large flat-screen TV in the living room and TVs in the bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for making breakfast before heading to the beach or preparing dinner after exploring the Nation's oldest city. The fully fenced yard is ideal for kids or a furry friend (up to 45 lbs, $200 pet fee) to play, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet. Off-street parking is also available in the driveway.
Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH FEE* $200 If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

Summary: The house has 2 good size bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Washer/Dryer area off the bedroom. Plenty of table seating area in the dining area off the living room and in the large kitchen. The backyard was perfect..lots of shade trees, plenty of outdoor seating. 3 min walk to the beach area..Location is close to everything. Only negative thing I would say is the house needs some plumbing work done. New bathroom sink and tub faucets and toilets. The faucets are older and do not want to work correctly. We did have an issue with a toilet and the owner came himself to repair it and asked us to send him a list of things we had issues with so he would be able to work on them. If the faucets and toilets were replaced, we would have given a perfect rating. Other thing is that the one bedroom closet was full of personal stuff and had no hanging room in it for our stuff. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine.
