Positive: The unit is well equiped and well furnished. Beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent, within a 150 yards from the Super Bee lift and you can ski right up to the unit if you get a run at it. The Super Bee gets the skier right up top in a hurry - great of folks who want to get to Copper Bowl fast. You can ski down for lunch at the unit and head out again for the afternoon. Great location for ski action. And the local busess and shuttles are great for getting to center village.
Negative: The unit is a little tired but it was clear, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked. The electric heat is hard to get right and the heat is dry. Coming from sea level didn't help as the base of CM is almost 10,000 feet. The town has no real grocery store so stock up before you get to CM.
Summary: I would stay there again.
