Summary: Beautiful apartment, has everything one needs to be comfortable. The location for us was perfect, as we had no automobile, and everything is in walking distance. Warning: It is above a café, and it sometimes gets a bit noisy when large groups have a few drinks on the outdoor terrace (only happened a few times in our 44 day stay). Also this part of town is near the strip, and on a few nights during our stay there was loud talking and yelling by young drunks. However this could happen anywhere you rent... the chances are just a bit higher here. Would recommend this place unless you're very sensitive to some noise. The café does play music till 1h30 am... we could not hear it in the bedroom, but yes we heard it in the living room. Would come here again.
