A two story town home in a mountain cove at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Enjoy direct mountain views from every room in the house. A spacious living and dining room features a flat screen TV, a couch and chairs and a dining table seating four. The full kitchen opens to the great room. It a has every major appliance; a gas range/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. A breakfast bar adjacent to the dining area has two additional high top chairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, two large closets and en-suite bathroom featuring two vanities, a soaking tub, shower and water closet. A second downstairs suite has a queen bed and queen pull-out sofa providing a variety of sleeping options. The downstairs guest bedroom also has a TV, closet and en-suite bathroom. The upstairs suite offers a secluded living area with a queen bed, dresser, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The back patio features additional outdoor seating, an electric grill and unobstructed mountain views. The property also has a laundry room and two car garage. Additional street parking is available a short-walk from the property. A satellite community pool and spa is less than a couple hundred feet away in either direction and the primary kids pool, lap pool, clubhouse and fitness center are a five minute walk. You won't find a better property or location in Legacy Villas.

The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.
La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. Summary: We have stayed at a few different villas on this property but really enjoy the two level layout and being backup up to the hills. It was a great spot. The previous guests used a lot of dishes and then put them away dirty, so it was frustrating coming in to a place that didn’t seem clean. We called the property rental company and they sent a cleaning crew out right away to make sure everything was cleaned for us. Would stay here again!
