Positive: Our stay was significantly impacted by several issues. The undisclosed indoor camera in the hallway, positioned above the front door, felt intrusive and was particularly unsettling. Furthermore, the bathrooms were problematic: one toilet consistently backflowed instead of flushing properly, and both were excessively noisy. The mattresses were old, dirty, and uncomfortable, detracting significantly from our comfort. While the apartment boasts an amazing view and the building itself is very comfortable, the interior furnishings are dated. The presence of 1990s-era furniture, including an old DVD player, and a non-smart TV in the living room meant there was no option for streaming music or entertainment, which felt out of step with modern expectations. This apartment has strong potential, but these issues considerably hindered our experience.
