This striking, contemporary coastal retreat nestled among the Moonah trees on the Oceanside of Sorrento embodies all the good things that we love about this area.
Offering a truly relaxed environment and the sounds of surf crashing on a big swell. Architecturally designed, the property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area incorporating an extensive use of glazing to allow the outdoors in. A beautiful swimming pool and tree swing will provide hours of entertainment and an outdoor shower will make rinsing off sand when coming back from the beach a pleasure. Unlimited Wifi is at the property.
Living areas :
You are welcomed into a large lounge with comfy sofa surrounding a log fire and 48 inch TV, DVD with Foxtel.
Walk through the lounge to a spacious and bright kitchen and dining with lots of cabinet space. A large dishwasher and all the basic kitchen provisions. The dining has seating for at least 10. It also connects to the outside deck via sliding doors where you will find further seating on the outdoor deck. This second storey deck is one of the showstoppers of the house looking out to the Moonah trees. This is the perfect entertaining space all year round. A 6 burner BBQ will cater for all your outdoor entertaining needs.
Downstairs there is a further TV lounge with a 48 inch TV where perhaps kids could enjoy time chilling out You will also find that kids are catered for with a billiard table.
Bedrooms :
Two of the bedrooms are situated on the upper level of the house. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds perfect for the kids. A bathroom is within steps of both these bedrooms. All rooms have block out blinds.
Downstairs there is a further Queen bedroom and another bedroom with a further 2 double bunks. A second large bathroom is nearby to both these bedrooms.
The bed configuration is suited to fit 10 people comfortably into the property.
