Positive: A well appointed, spacious, modern apartment 200m from the beach and 1km south of the historical town of Monopoli. Open plan lounge and fully-equipped kitchen with a large balcony which is great for breakfast. Very convenient for grocery shopping and public transport - the bus stop for the train station is just outside. The supermarket is 50m away. We enjoyed the easy walking access to several beach clubs (or public beaches) and a 15 min stroll into the historical town where there are dozens of excellent restaurants. Pamela and Elio were excellent hosts - very friendly and always ready to help if required.
Negative: All good.
Summary: A well appointed, spacious, modern apartment 200m from the beach.
