Open concept design with plenty of natural light in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within half a mile to Riverstone, Spokane River, Centennial Trail, Kootenai Health, restaurants, shopping, and so much more!
An elementary school field and playground a few blocks away is open to the public. Enjoy main floor living, with the master bed and bathroom on the main floor, and the second bedroom and bathroom plus walk-in closet upstairs. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed.
There's an Apple TV in the living room, and Roku TV in the upstairs bedroom. Live TV through Spectrum is now available. Prime Video and Disney+ included. Use your Netflix, Hulu etc. accounts on our two smart TVs for additional streaming. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and white noise machines. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully fenced backyard area with a propane firepit, as well as a two-burner Charbroil propane grill.
