OVERVIEW: Beautiful and spacious Rehoboth Beach home offering four bedrooms, three bathrooms on two levels, a second family room on the second level, and sleeps eight comfortably. It is beautifully decorated with approx. 2700 square feet of space for families to spread out and enjoy their time at the beach. The open floor plan allows you to cook and entertain in this gorgeous gourmet kitchen. The primary suite is on the bottom level with w/a queen bed, a huge spa-like bathroom with an amazing shower, and a double vanity sink. There are two more bedrooms on the bottom level, a full-hall bathroom, and a formal dining room. The dining area will accommodate eight people, an eat-in kitchen and breakfast island for additional seating, HE front-loading washer & dryer, central AC, and so much more. The second level of this home offers a spacious family room, bedroom w/ queen bed, and full hall bathroom. This could serve as someone's private oasis. Free Wi-Fi, charcoal and gas grill, double car garage, private parking for approx. four cars and overflow are available throughout the community. There was no detail left behind when building this home. Luxury meets the beach!

LOCATION: Welcome to The Grande at Canal Pointe community! Beautifully landscaped community, picturesque walking paths throughout the community, East of Rt. 1, less than 2 miles from our famous Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, an easy bike ride to downtown, and even closer to the tax-free Tanger Outlets. The first of two community pools, clubhouses, and gyms are just steps away from home. That is right; this community has two pools, gyms, and clubhouses. There is a fenced-in playground available with tennis & basketball courts. Access the Junction and Breakwater bike trail, which is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the area's finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.
PARKING: There is a private driveway for four cars, and there is plenty of overflow in the community. Do not park on the street.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, double car garage, lovely rear patio with gas grill, washer & dryer, and amazing community amenities.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. We can only accept reservations for seven nights or longer. There is outdoor surveillance for security. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Summary: Nice home in great location for friends on a late- season beach trip! Plenty of space to spread out & socialize. Close to beach, town, shopping, parks, trails, gym, restaurants. Aside from the prmary bedroom, bedrooms are scanty - no mirrors, tv, seating, alarm clock (small rm had no dresser). Online description mentioned small appliances - the kitchen is beautiful, large with essentials (ovens, fridge, microwave as well as coffee maker & toaster) but no other less-essential small appliances like beater or blender. One thing out of our host's control was that there were some questionable cleaning issues easily remedied but unexpected - toilets all had mildew, a bath mat was black with mildew, bathroom sinks needed buffed out, a blanket was found under a bed with dust & candy wrappers.... nothing harmful, just annoying. Overall nice, practical place to stay for visitors on the go but not luxurious.
