Wow - What a resort! This beautifully decorated, spacious townhouse is all you and your family will need for a memorable vacation in the Bethany Beach area. The first floor has a living room, dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and den with a lovely screened porch, large patio area with grill, full size washer and dryer. There is a first floor en-suite bedroom with a king size bed and master bath with large walk-in shower and double vanities. Upstairs has an open loft area with TV, a bedroom with a queen, and 2 more bedrooms with a queen and single be each. The award winning community of Bay Forest has 2 large complexes that include outdoor pools, lazy river, water slides, lap pool, lighted tennis courts, and 2 fitness areas. You will have access to a kayak/canoe launch on beautiful Indian River Bay, Pickle-ball, horseshoes, bocce ball, basketball, playground, putting green, community gas fire-pit across the street, walking and biking paved and wooded paths, and a shuttle to the beach in Bethany. Amenity fees will be payable by guest to property owner at time of booking. ($100 per stay, plus $50.00 per pass/person over the age of 5, maximum of 8 passes.) Non-smoking. No pets. Guests pay a $165 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. The amenity fees will be in addition to quote amount on VRBO site. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
