Downstairs offers an open floor plan for your living area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and private bedroom with 2 queen beds with an ensuite bath. The kitchen is equipped with a table that will accommodate 8 and an additional 3 at the bar. Also, enjoy the walkout from the Kitchen to a covered patio where you can enjoy the ocean breeze or lounge in the pool listening to the waves.
Upstairs offers a sitting area where you can enjoy the entertainment of TV or enjoy your ocean view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that share a hall bath. The third bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bath. Master Bedroom has an ensuite bath with an Ocean view and a private entry to the oceanfront balcony.
Coastal Dream allows you access to a 1 car garage, outdoor shower, and oceanfront pool with a private boardwalk to the ocean.

Summary: This is a great house in the beautiful Amelia Island! It is very clean and great for a large family. We loved the easy access to the beach, and the pool was a great bonus! Very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We would love to stay again!
