Amberlea House is an English Tudor style home located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The house sits on a beautifully landscaped lot nestled among Pines, Olive trees and ivy. The house features a heated kidney shaped pool set in a private, gorgeous backyard . It is surrounded by Silver Birch and big Oak trees, a large interlocking brick patio with a dining table, lounging area, and a gas BBQ that is connected to the house. The Amberlea House offers 5 bedrooms, 3 newly renovated bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, laundry, wireless internet access, dishwasher and central air conditioning. The well equipped kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. The view from the kitchen and upper deck is breathtaking. It looks out to the pool and the treed private yard beyond. It is hard to believe you are steps to great restaurants and wineries! The spacious living room has built in bookcases, hand knotted rug, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, fireplace, Flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating including a huge sectional sofa that can seat many people. It overlooks the dining room which features a large Oak table with new leather chairs and it looks out over the patio and the private pool in the backyard. The 5 bedrooms consist of 1 King bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 Twin room (2 single beds).
