Negative: We have several comments, the main one - it is very difficult to have 1 key for 7 people, especially when you shouldn't leave the key in the lock box (per host instruction). We had to cooperate and wait for each other. It would be great to have an electronic key pad or several keys. We've been missing bath towels and ran out of the toilet paper - both were brought to the place once we've contacted the host. Splash pool and the beach were the overstatements - you can't use neither of them, which is fine, just don't set an expectation that you can.
